The service offers support to help people at all stages of their recovery journey. If you are willing to provide us with some monitoring information please. Each organisation brings specialist expertise to the Partnership and people using our services receive high quality support from pqrtnership diverse range of specialists.
This includes harm reduction, abstinence programmes, medical support, recovery co-ordination and ongoing recovery support. The service is for anyone in Northumberland, 18 years old or over, who is experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol.
